If your lucky enough to find eomsone to give you a mortgage. It is not easy to get a loan to buy a home unless your credit is good and you have no debts. So if you are looking to buy a home with outstanding debts I doubt you will be able to buy a home. You can try but you will probably be told to pay off your debts first. Your debt ratio has to be in line with your income to be eligible.Good Luck.

Attorneys can't do any more than you. They call the same numbers and send the same proprweak. You'll just end up $3500? poorer.Chase is one of the worst. Employees of Chase openly admitted that they are told to give applicants the run-around. The number of people who get mods is staggeringly low.Recently, there was a piece in the news saying close to 50% of the people trying to get into the program drop out. Do you think that they suddenly lost interest in trying to keep their homes?

Hello Webmaster, I noticed that is ainkrng pretty low for some keywords, this may be due to the new Google Panda update, or it could be due to a variety of other factors. I'm sure you already know about On-page SEO, where Google cares highly about proper formatting of various H1/H2/H3 tags, having your main keyword appear in the beginning of your post and having your post end with the keyword, along with having keyword related alt tags and very relevant LSI. However, you do not seem to have the proper Keywords or relevant Keywords in your posts and in the website. Right now you need a tool or plugin that will allow you to check on Keyword insights, search trends and check for backlink analysis and to find out your Keyword competition. To find a Keyword Plugin that combines both Keyword Research and has the ability as a Rank Checker is what , please check out our 5 minute video.

Foreclosure actions would be filed at the ctnuoy land office of the ctnuoy in which the property is located. Understand that you DID owe the roughly $2,000 you paid, even if the actual foreclosure never got filed. Those costs represent attorney fees the lender paid to initiate the foreclosure and prepare all the necessary needed documents, etc. There is a considerable amount of attorney work involved before the foreclosure action is finally registered at the local ctnuoy level.References : Was this answer helpful?

In order to foreclose on a eropprty there are certain state requirements. One of those requirements is to notify the person that is on the mortgage loan docs and agreed to pay the monthly mortgage payment. The lender would mail you many copies as well as place notices on the door and other portions of the eropprty to be foreclosed on.The lender would also have to file the foreclosure in the county in which the eropprty is located. If you have paid the fees made up the back payments on the eropprty, there would be no need or requirement for the lender to foreclose.Since this is the case you would find any documents at the county recorder's office that would indicate you are in foreclosure. You should have gotten some type of receipt indicating that you paid an amount to stave off the foreclosure.I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck."FIGHT ON"References : Was this answer helpful?

See if they will allow a short sale and forgive the rest of the loan. Looks like they will have a loss awynays and the short would cost them less money than foreclosing on the property.References : 0Was this answer helpful?
